I am a London & Manchester (UK) based cinematographer with over 8 years' experience specialising in shooting features, short films, commercials and music promos.
I am a passionate storyteller and driven by the use of lighting, colour and composition to create meaningful and thought provoking imagery. I place particular importance upon the collaborative process of working alongside directors and producers and prioritising the stylistic development of each project as part of a strong crew.

TRENDY // In May 2016 I completed principal photography on the feature film Trendy, directed by Louis Lagayette. Trendy premiered at the 25th Raindance Festival, Leicester Square in September 2017. As cinematographer, I was responsible for operating A Camera and lighting over 60 sets in a shoot that lasted just over 6 weeks. The shoot included both scenes of scale with hundreds of SAs in underground nightclubs to intimate, emotionally charged scenes with single characters. Trendy was released by Arrow Films in December 2018 and is available to view through this link.
PAST EXPERIENCE // After graduating with a first class BA in Film Studies from Queen Mary University of London and working at Filmscape Media I embarked on a freelance career in the camera department. I continued my study at the NFTS, completing 2 short courses to further aid my development as a cinematographer. Recently I had a hand in teaching, notably working at both the Central School of Speech and Drama and ALT Actor Training to further the understanding of screen work for students enrolled there. Additionally I have taught one to one sessions for film crew looking to gain a better understanding of cinematography and camerawork.
